Qualifications and Skills

  • Grade 12
  • Proven experience in a patient support, customer service, or administrative role within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for data management, documentation, and communication
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine commitment to improving patient experiences
