Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Afrikaans-speaking Administrative Support Assistant to provide
comprehensive support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Handle correspondence with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining and organising documentation and records.
  • Assist in research and data related tasks, utilising tools like Excel and potentially PowerBI.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English languages is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in administrative or support toles, preferably in an operation setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis tolls like PowerBI is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
